Tshireletso Ngobeni is a mother and Public Health Specialist in Epidemiology. Her professional journey has centered on health systems, maternal mental health, and the challenges women face in both clinical and community settings. While her career has been rooted in research and public health, her personal experience of motherhood deepened her perspective in profound ways.
She founded MummieSpace to bridge the gap between lived experience and professional insight. It is a space where mothers can access the support and knowledge she once wished had been more readily available. Through this work, her mission extends beyond research and advocacy — it is about building a movement that centers mothers’ voices, nurtures their well-being, and ensures they are not left behind in health conversations.
MummieSpace reflects Tshireletso’s passion for public health and her calling to support mothers in real, tangible ways. Through podcasts, events, and community initiatives, she brings together research, advocacy, and lived stories to create a safe and empowering space.
For her, MummieSpace is more than a project, it is a mission. A reminder that when mothers are cared for, entire families and communities thrive.
