The MummieSpace Antenatal Preparation & Prenatal Yoga Experience is a holistic session designed to prepare expectant mothers physically, emotionally, and mentally for birth and early parenthood.
This experience combines structured, evidence-informed antenatal education with a gentle guided prenatal yoga session to support embodiment, breathwork, and relaxation.

Prenatal Yoga Session Includes:

This class is offered in a small-group setting to allow for personalised support and open discussion.
